I joined Tock to contribute to a product I’m passionate about while working alongside a team of talented individuals. I've led engineering projects that have driven meaningful impact to our core business across both our B2C and B2B products, becoming proficient in generating ideas and driving them through design, implementation, launch, and results tracking.

I joined West Monroe in 2019 and quickly learned to contribute to a high-functioning team collaborating with executives in a fast-paced environment. Some highlights:

• Led as project manager and liaison between business and IT for a high-priority (“code red”) initiative, diagnosing and resolving critical operational issues affecting a healthcare company’s contact center following a sudden shift in core metrics.

• Developed core platform RFPs for major dental insurance payers, guiding vendor selection, conducting gap analyses, and driving remediation planning to ensure seamless implementation.

• Led frontend design and development of a custom healthcare analytics platform, leveraging Vue, Contentful CMS, and Tableau to deliver an intuitive and data-driven user experience.
