Elements is an early-stage startup where I recruited and led a small team through the delivery of the greenfield Android application. Working work product, sales, and design to ensure feature alignment and frequent progress updates and demonstrations. My achievements as Elements include:

• Unlocked business opportunities by ensuring the Android application launched on-schedule and in alignment with client and market needs

• Ensured responsive UI through the use of local data caching and incremental background sync processes using Room, WorkManager, and Apollo (GraphQL)

• Maintained a high level of quality through automated tests in isolated, multi-layer, features modules

• Guaranteed consistent application UI by building reusable component libraries for Jetpack Compose and Android Views

Medici Land Governance was an early-stage startup focused on land tenure security where I used my experience in backend services and mobile applications to lead teams through the definition and development of critical systems and services to support our international projects.
