• Lead a large cross functional redesign and simplification of our global navigation.
• Designed pay by credit card for enterprise business resulting in a 5% decrease in delinquent accounts and a significant increase in customer satisfaction as measured by our customer service agents.
• Manage UX team interns by providing timely useful feed back on projects, showing best practices and helpful tips for not only design skills but soft skills as well.
• Created two mentorship programs, one for the product/ux org and another for the employee resource group women@shutterstock. Adopted as a company wide mentorship program as of 02/2025.
