Leading brand and marketing efforts for both James Lenox House and Carnegie East House

• Leading all Iconography and Illustration foundations for the Mercado Design System, ensuring consistency and excellence in visual elements throughout the entire Design System. Supports the entire Design Org (400+ designers) for any new additions and all intake requests.

• Work closely with your Product and Engineering counterparts to define product needs, provide design solutions, and evolve the design system.

• Collaborate with Product counterparts in creating and maintaining iconography and illustration patterns throughout product.

• Partner with engineering throughout implementation and QA
