twenty (20) employees and the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as SCM liaison to Program Management, Sustainment Operations, Production Operations and other functional business organizations

• Managed the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) which included 17 entry level employees and developing the strategic plan for the transition from a 2 year to a 3 year program

• Managed the Production Operations Interns for Marietta facility which included recruiting, coaching and assessing their performance

• Developed and consulted with Production Operations on workforce engagement initiatives and labor strategies

• Project Manager for First Line Leader Development Program for the Marietta Facility which impacted over 190 supervisors

• Leader of the Job Optimization project for Aeronautics First Line Leaders, which included: identifying tasks & processes that can be eliminated/reduced/optimized. This resulted in improved teamwork & collaboration by understanding and leveraging roles.
