• Achieved client’s business goals by creating a web-based app that addressed product success KPIs and target user needs, leading to the stakeholder’s decision to launch the App in 2021 based on our research and prototype.
• Conducted competitive and comparative analyses to identify industry standards and opportunities, creating user personas to target pain points and enhance user flow, aligning user needs with business goals.
• Designed a comprehensive UI design system using components that communicated the company’s values, ensuring consistency and cohesive branding across the application.
• Successfully coordinated the project timeline within a team of three UX designers, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration.
• Collaborated with the Interaction Designer to translate mid-fidelity wireframes into a high-fidelity prototype, applying design specifications and user testing results.
