• Develop web3 applications on the Ecosystems team from scratch

• Develop middleware software for web3 applications to communicate with the Casper blockchain

• Review and assist in design documents for prospective projects

• Mentor junior developers on the team

• Improve development team best practices

• Ownership of the development process on website builds contracted to Mercenary Digital

• Communication and expectation setting with clients of Mercenary Digital

• Mentoring Intermediate and Junior Web Developers

• Continue the development of the Tugboat Logic application

• Maintain existing solutions within the Tugboat Logic application
