• Oversee analytics and insights for competitors’ in-market advertising activities across the globe. Manage marketing budget of $1MM, vendor relationship, and leadership expectations.
• Support full life cycle of Visa’s annual client engagement survey from planning, execution to analyses and reporting. Develop reporting and analyses for annual account planning and present insights to senior leadership.
• Support $100MM budget Cross Border initiative including business case/investment model development, outcome analysis, collaboration with regional leads to understand markets priorities and develop measurement framework.
• Lead projects in collaboration with regional hubs and global teams to understand markets’ strategies and develop KPI dashboards that measure marketing performance and report meaningful insights to leadership and market teams.
