While in this seasonal position, I managed Sugar Bowl’s Sporthaus, a fitness and training facility featuring a spa, yoga studio, cardio and weight training facilities, locker rooms, social areas, as well as a pool and two hot tubs.

My main priorities were to maintain a professional image, show sensitivity, and respond to guests’ needs safely and promptly to ensure complete satisfaction of all guests. On a daily basis, I greeted guests, answered the telephone, scheduled massage and yoga appointments, processed payments and cancellations, handled complaints, and generated reports. I also maintained the cardio and weight training areas as well as the pool area, ensuring they all met the standards of a high-class facility. In addition to these responsibilities, I took ownership of custodial duties and the laundering of facility towels and linens.
