▪ Created and implemented an end-to-end RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for Oracle employee laptops, leading to significant cost savings by facilitating the reuse of thousands of laptops. This process included meticulously adding the laptops to Oracle's ERP System, ensuring seamless tracking and management. Coordinated with 3rd-party vendors, such as Apple and Dell, to streamline the process and enhance efficiency.
