Built Lens Studio's Games platform from zero — owning the vision, roadmap, and XFN delivery of foundational creator tools including Character Controller, Turn-Based gameplay, and Leaderboards, unlocking Bitmoji game creation at scale for the first time on Snapchat.
Created Game Suite, a no-code level editor plugin serving as Snapchat's games entry point — shipping a drag-and-drop environment with 369 3D assets, visual game configuration, and one-click export to playable Lenses, lowering the barrier from developer-only to any creator.
Drove the Games ecosystem from infrastructure to creator adoption: 10+ modular game components shipped to 10,500+ Lenses by 1,160+ creators, generating 8.1B+ impressions, doubling Weighted Lens Actions in 6 months, and 16× growth in ranking-eligible game submissions (248 → 3,981/month) since Lens Fest 2025.
Led production of Snapchat's first two real-time multiplayer Lenses (Block Buster, Bitmoji FC) end-to-end and owned the multiplayer systems roadmap for Connected Framework — extracting battle-tested patterns into reusable creator tooling.
Owned the release of Face Swap, Lens Studio's first generative AI component — personally built the sample project using AI-assisted workflows, shipped to 7,800+ published Lenses with tens of millions of daily impressions at peak.
Implemented spec-driven development through Agentic Lenses, a custom suite of AI agents and skills — writing specs, prototyping Lens Studio components, plugins, and Lenses with specialized agents, handing validated builds to engineering, and automating PM workflows across JIRA, Google Docs, and Slack.
