Sciforma is one of the largest providers of portfolio & project management software, delivering solutions to a quarter million users worldwide since 1982.

I joined the company in June 2015 as UX designer to drive the design of new features to the platform. Leveraging my experience in mobile design, I do my best to bridge the gap between consumer UX and enterprise UX. The complexity and wide range of project management methodologies is a stimulating and challenging playground for UX design. Here are few things I got the chance to work on:

• Researched, prototyped and designed several project management products: Agile, Project Scheduler (waterfall, gantt) and Work-Packages

• Conducted user research and usability testing sessions to validate/break designs

• UX approach based on personas, user journeys and scenarios

• Brought to life interactive mockups with Sketch, Figma and Invision

• In depth knowledge of Google’s material design principles

• Conducted internal workshop to educate stakeholders about product design

Dear was a social app built to spark real life encounters on demand. Dear’s oddest characteristic: the deliberate absence of a chat. We replaced it by a more efficient invite-card system because Dear’s aim was to be a social app as un-invasive as possible: more time off the screen, more time for real connections. Dear was released simultaneously on iOS and Android in January 2016.

Similarly to my previous startup experiences, I was brought to wear many different hats on this project:

* Researched, designed & prototyped the UX and UI of Dear (User interviews, Sketch, Photoshop & Invision mockups)

* Assembled a technical team with complementary skills to assemble an MVP

* Helped to organize and support the development team (scrum master)

* Conducted usability testing, optimized the UX

* Animated and built several promotional videos using Adobe After Effects

Compostable Media was my second start-up experience. It enabled companies to offset their carbon footprint with their marketing efforts; by providing key partnerships that create win-win situations between universities, brands, and the environment. While managing a team of five I helped to build a fully integrated service, that was later transformed into a marketing management platform.

• Authored strategic product plan for media management platform.

• Specified market requirements helping developer, plan schema, design for scalability, tune/optimize.

• Implemented a company wide Go-To-Market plan managing a cross-functional team of five to execute.

• Optimized and reduced the company’s sales life cycles by 50% via Direct Sales and CRM tools.

• Managed growth of 100+ partners, both in private and public sectors (UC Santa Cruz, StudentUniverse..) leveraging partner and internal ecosystems.
