• Designed and shipped Ama, Kajabi's AI Content Assistant and Conversational AI Chat Framework

• Sole design contributor and maintainer of the Sage Design System

Conducting user research and designing the Kajabi app. Worked cross-functionally on the Creator Tools team to launch an analytics framework, improvements to the CRM suite, website builder enhancements, a complete overhaul of our custom domain connection process, & most recently a brand new product type for coaches.
