Spearheading design for Dutch's electronic medical record (EMR) system, used by veterinarians nationwide. I lead initiatives to streamline clinical workflows, improve SOAP note usability, and enhance treatment plan recommendations through thoughtful UX and AI-assisted features. I own the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery to prototyping and delivery, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ship solutions that scale with our veterinary telehealth platform.

Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand the product vision and strategy. Translate high-level goals into actionable design strategies and deliverables. Lead the conceptualization and ideation process, translating user insights into meaningful design concepts. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Establish and maintain a design system and guidelines that enable consistent and efficient design workflows. Document design processes, standards, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other designers on the team. Set a high standard for design quality and foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture.

Ensure the relationship, between machines and humans, are seamless. Empower Artificial Intelligence to make it intuitive, faster, brilliant and human. Drive projects from discovery, ideation to delivery, working closely with the Product and Engineering team. Make our algorithms tell the most beautiful narratives, and invent new paradigms where users can achieve the best results with the least possible steps. Collaborate with design lead and front-end engineers on developing and maintaining design systems.

Design UX concepts for web, and smart phones for agent products. Effectively document and communicate design – via requirements engineering, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, high fidelity designs. Contribute to user research and user evaluation.

Work with Visual Design, UX design and product management teams to define/refine mobile application and web applications. Develop and maintain detailed wireframes, HTML prototypes and pixel-perfect screens for Mobile and web products.

Design and produce email newsletters, landing pages, advertising campaigns, illustrations, presentations, and collateral for events and product launches. Visually translate business and marketing goals into relevant and persuasive designs. Pro-actively identify areas for improving visual design and user experiences.
