Led Snapchat web performance initiative and Core Web Vitals optimization:
▪ Architected and led the Multi-Tier Cache project for Snapchat Web, cutting poor-LCP pages in Google Search Console by over 90%.
▪ Reduced Snapchat's Spotlight page p90 INP by 78% and Profiles page p90 LCP by 21% through Core Web Vitals optimization.
Drove relevant full-stack features for our SEO initiatives:
▪ Drove a 12% improvement in Google search ranking for Snapchat's top profile pages by building the profile’s Tagged Tab feature.
▪ Collaborated on Topic Pages LLM metadata generation and proposed a backfill system for missing LLM-generated tags and descriptions.
Led important operational and cross-team infrastructure architecture initiatives:
▪ Proposed and influenced an org-wide API Gateway CDN change that enables Edge Computing and unblocks the SEO crawlability project.
▪ Designed and implemented the Scala GraphQL Service deprecation, a large codebase migration to consolidate our SSR codebase.

• Onboarded and led 3 new engineers to the team and scaled the platform to multi-region, enhancing system reliability and performance.
