• Currently creating tools for the engineering team aimed to unify the developing experience in our React front-end framework.

• After acquisition, integrated the Honest Buildings platform and the Procore platform, creating a unified experience for both Honest Buildings and Procore customers.

Primary Focus as a Tech Lead/Staff Engineer in Front End Architecture.

• Helped Honest Buildings grow from a 12-employee Start-Up to a successful 160+ employee Start-Up.

• Interviewed 130+ engineers, 30+ product managers, and 20+ people for other positions during a 5-year span.

• Tech lead on 3 different teams writing dozens of features.

• Introduced Angular 8 as the successor of AngularJs. Features included Ahead of Time compilation internationalization (i18n) build, accessibility (a11y), lazy loading, and a design system available in Storybook.

• Worked as a liaison between Product and Engineering.

• Switched the team from JavaScript to TypeScript.

• Introduced component-based architecture, leading us to have more reusable code as well as our first version of a design system.

• Switched front-end build from Gulp to Webpack as a prerequisite for the introduction of Typescript.

• Implemented CI system in CircleCi given its unique support for Docker at the time. Change made CI 5 times faster and reduced 40% the amount of money spent on continuous integration.
