• Collaborate across multiple functions and with multiple stakeholders.
• Manages and provides leadership for the delivery of all facilities management services; Services include, but are not limited to: general maintenance, HVAC maintenance, cafeteria maintenance, janitorial services, mail room service, lawn care services, and property maintenance.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs and procedures
• Conducts and manage building and equipment inspections and/or tests
• Maintains budgets and records.
• Manages facilities staff
• Manages all office renovations and moves, including space planning and design, and coordination with space planning and office furniture services.
• Collaborate with internal IT personnel, and outside contractors.
• Manages vendor and building management services
• Ensure optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety and elevators.
• Works closely with Loss Prevention Team to maintain and propose emergency response plans, implementation of after-hours emergency response, and environmental health and safety.
