Leading the Product Design team for PayPal.com's marketing experience. We bring PayPal's mission of democratizing financial access for everyone around the world. Casey leads our .Com design teams for PayPal (Consumer, SMB, Enterprise), Venmo and the .Com Design System.
Accomplishments:
In 2024 we launched the new PayPal.com experience today ushering in a new era for customers, making it easier and more rewarding than ever to shop and pay with PayPal anywhere, anytime – both in stores and online. Now, customers have access to rich rewards, stackable cashback offers in the PayPal app, and more personalized ways to manage their spending – all with the safety and security PayPal is known for and the peace of mind they’re getting more money back in their pockets.
In 2023 we launched our redesign of PayPal.com Consumer experience demonstrating PayPal's new brand and PayPal is one of the most trusted ways to pay and get paid. Driving an increase in task completion for core JTBD and unbranded content releases to drive an increase in organic CTR.
In early 2023 we also launched the redesign of our Small Business experience showcasing how businesses can leverage our payment platform to grow their business with great products like BNPL, Credit, card processing and our full E2E Checkout solution. Redefined SMB architecture and redesigned 30 pages, driving increased Sign-up Starts and Activations against forecast increasing projected incremental 12month revenue in US market.
Redesigned core Enterprise business pages bringing a unified experience of PayPal, Braintree and Hyerwallet in the US with initial results showing uplift in contact sales CTA click rate and a lift in lead form submissions.

Sr. Director of Experience Design & Executive Brand Creative Director Casey led the rebrand GoDaddy, redesign the .Com experience and CRM emails to fulfill our mission of empowering entrepreneurs around the world with their endeavors.
Accomplishments:
In 2021 I led our UX design and branding of our design agency partner Koto in defining a new brand identity for our GoDaddy Pro B2B program. Redesigning GoDaddy.com and email lead gen.
2021 Led our .Com team on the implementation of nex gen domain flow to remove friction and improve product bundle attach rates.
2021 Led the branding and packaging design of GoDaddy first POS consumer device partnering with our marketing and product leaders.
2021 Directed the team rebranding our domain partner my.Biz on "the future of business" strategy.
2020 Led the launch of GoDaddys new Brand identity. This included the redesign of GoDaddy.com, UX Design System, Brand Styleguide, Design Ethos, GD Design website, and partnered closely with our channel teams to implement a GTM strategy for a systematic delivery to market.
2019. Led the scaling of our in house design teams across ux, advertising, email, social and video production. Hiring top industry talent and building a design goals framework that drove company OKRs.
2018. We launched UX bundle flow to support the launch of GoDaddy website builder updates. Improving attach rates and website builder market share. As well we launched the “Make your idea real
' campaign transitioning GoDaddy from historical sensational marketing to a honed focus on the entrepreneurial journey. This campaign had the highest ad recall for GoDaddy and a total of 6.5 Billion impressions.

Joining GoDaddy in 2015, I led the rebranding GoDaddy.com with our agency partner TBWA to create a clean modern brand and taking our first steps to pivot the company to a modern technology company supporting small business ventures. We launched across 50 countries in 42 languages. GoDaddy has doubled its customer base since going public and is a rising stock market performer year over year.
