Created wireframes for the “Self-Service Form” feature for Amex’s Yellowbrick(YB) Analytical Environment, providing a streamlined data onboarding process; saving analytical users ~4 hours a week / ~20 hours a week for internal YB Team.
• Conducted User Research interviews to ensure the wireframes provided a seamless a self service data request submission.
• Managed end to end process of onboarding ~500 Amex data tables to the YB platform across Amex.
• Delivered tables effectively and quickly, while working closely with international team members and Arizona based Tech Team.
• Managed end to end process of resolving 100+ critical Data Quality Issues within Amex’s enterprise data lake.
Customer Offers Dashboard Project:
• Worked on Mobile & Web Engineering Team at Amex to update internalization for Marketing Offer feature on the customer dashboard.
• Utilized JavaScript/React and Jest.
• Completed Mobile/Web Engineering on-boarding for required front-end enterprise teams.
Pyxis Dashboard Project:
• A Dashboard to highlight metrics, leading to transparency for business partners and improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Utilized JavaScript/React, HTML, and CSS Managing YellowBrick - Analytical platform; consisting of onboarding new users and data from legacy platform.
