* Tech lead for Takeover ads (Promoted Trends, Timeline First View & Spotlights) with over 5 years of backend experience working on ads across the serving, callback, and brand safety / ad review systems. Java, Scala

Internationalization, 2016 - 2017

* Worked on internationalization pipeline developing translate.twitter.com, a dashboard for external users and internal localization managers. Ruby on Rails

* Member of the Women Engineering Committee for 5+ years.

* Co-developed the first Book of the Month prototype site with Node.js while working at Bookspan, LLC. This split out as a company.

* Promoted multiple times from junior engineer to senior engineer during tenure at company.

Set up and used the following AWS services across multiple projects: EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, IAM, Device Farm, CloudSearch, API Gateway, SES, SQS.

* Created live warehouse management system with React.js/Node.js/MySQL to run on tablets to replace Oracle legacy app. This system is currently operating a 260k sq ft warehouse that ships ~40k items/day

* Reduced login speed by 75% across 20 clubs on Magento, a PHP ecommerce platform, by reorganizing data for the the 4MM+ customers.

* Maintains and supports a DRM-compliant ePub-based mobile eReader Cordova app by resolving customer reported bugs

Contributes to a Node.js/ES6/Redux/React isomorphic platform that will replace the ecommerce sites still on Magento.

* Serves as the go-to SQL person on the team and often tasked with data imports/exports/queries

* Prototyped Selenium tests in Ruby that were flexible enough to cover ~20 ecommerce sites, without sacrificing coverage, and then mentored QA coworker to take over.
