• Built and commercialized JPMorgan’s Embedded Finance and Commerce/Payment Orchestration platforms, winning 38 enterprise clients and strategic partnerships with Walmart, US Government, Volkswagen-Group, Jaguar-Land Rover, Expedia/VRBO, and Daimler Chrysler; created ~$250M revenue pipeline and transformed product and engineering teams.

• Regularly part of M&A efforts and JPMC Operating Committee preparations. I pushed for Digital Identity to be a company wide effort and as a result it was prioritized by the OC.

• Led product and technology strategy that increased valuation from $180M to $680M, by securing $100M additional investment from Stripe.

• Partnered with the founders, board and the investors (Stripe and Index) to set the vision and the strategy for the company.

• Designed checkout and commerce orchestration, which “inspired” Stripe to build Link.

• Built engineering executive team and scaled the organization from 5 to 121 employees during hypergrowth, setting up, hiring, performance, engineering practices, and culture.

• Engineering organization later acquired by Affirm for $85M

• Led enterprise commerce/payments transformation powering Rides, Eats, Freight, and external partnerships.

• Re-platforming enabled rapid pandemic pivot from rideshare to delivery growth ($734M → $3B).

Led product and platform expansion for Alexa, scaling the ecosystem from 4M to 100M connected devices and launching self-service partner capabilities that accelerated adoption across brands including Sonos, BMW, Nissan, and Mattel.
