• Designed, specced, and implemented a new modular and extensible financial transactions data enrichment service for raw credit, debit, and bank transactions from 0 to 1 using Python and Elasticsearch.

2023: Plaid Link team

• Led multiple short term experiments and long-term initiatives to significantly improve Link OAuth conversion rates, reduce Link error rates, and support new embedded Link integration methods.

2024: Remember Me Growth team

• Worked to reduce Remember Me phone number input friction and improve enrollment rates by intelligently bypassing certain Remember Me steps for returning users.

Built a flexible database query interception framework that allows teams to dynamically reroute specific methods, jobs, and endpoints to read replicas in urgent scenarios.

Worked on an internal product telemetry monitoring platform to help Power Apps teams review key product quality metrics, streamline release promotion, and improve release quality.
