I was one of the designers for the Flexport Forwarding Application initiative. I participated in the new workflow framework design in the early stage and helped roll out the MVP to 100% of the partner freight forwarders.

• Led the redesign of Exception Management with new information architecture and interfaces, enabling 50+ external freight forwarders to report shipment incidents and speed up the resolving processes.

• Led the research and design of import Milestone WorkItem. Shipped eight new tools for import tasks to enhance operational efficiency and improve data quality.

• Collaborated with designers in other product domains and established new interaction patterns and communication tool concepts for the platform’s north star product vision.

I worked with the Microsoft OXO FUEL team and designed the north star experience for Policy Management.

• Revamped user flows and integrated Office Cloud Policy Service (OCPS) and Security Policy Advisor (SPA) within Microsoft 365 Apps admin center to enhance the user experience for policy configuration and increase the adoption rate.

• Redesigned information hierarchy and visual components of Microsoft 365 Apps admin center’s landing page.

• Designed the interactions, visual components, and user flows for the on-market consumer web app.

• Redesigned the enterprise product’s employee dashboard and conducted user tests to validate the improvement in the easiness of use.

• Documented and developed the design system.

• Executed usability testings on the developed web app to evaluate potential design changes.
