• Lead a team within the transactions organization to streamline our collection of services into a unified platform experience.

• Begin writing new services and migrating old services to a federated GraphQL API.

• Enhance the platform API to allow for multiple business units within the Shutterstock umbrella to utilize transactions capabilities.

• Work with other team leads to establish platform best practices to enhance developer and customer experience.

• Work on enhancing and maintaining services that power Shutterstock's commerce capabilities. This mainly consists of the products, orders, billing, and promotion domains.

• Main project included the updating of the product catalog and order processing service to support the ability to package multiple products together as one. This was done in an effort to bundle together standard subscription offerings with software product offerings.

• Contribute to open source tools used by election data providers such as Reuters, AP, etc. from

around the globe to ensure a seamless transition of data on election night.

• Assist on QA and deployment of How To Vote, How To Register, and Election Results One Box search features.

• Write Bash and Python scripts to automate the creation and management of thousands of configurations to ensure features are launched according to the spec for a given election.

• Full-stack agile (XP) development using Go, React, SQL Server, Jenkins, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry on small product teams

• Leverage Jenkins & Docker to build, test, and deploy applications to Pivotal Cloud Foundry

• Work in Infrastructure Services (Automation Engineering) division of Allstate
