Joined the Outlook Newsletters team in the final stages of development to refine the experience for GA launch; currently leading AI design initiatives to expand and enhance the product.

Led migration campaigns moving ~50 million users to the New Outlook, improving satisfaction and reducing friction. Co-designed a teaching framework that engaged 1–3 million DAU and achieved 20–25% tour completion. Partnered with ads teams to improve relevance and performance, driving a 3x increase in revenue.

Outlook Search: Redesigned Outlook search, moving from a message list interaction to a top of canvas experience. Introduced contextual results, files, events, and people streamlining discovery and improving time to success by 30x

Outlook Desktop refresh: Contributed to the redesigned Outlook for Windows, simplifying workflows. Redesigned the People Card with LinkedIn integration and org charts, later adopted across other Office products.

Defined and delivered the design vision for a new platform enabling global package pickup and drop-off, creating scalable patterns that served both small retailers and large partners.

Designed an app optimizing truck navigation within fulfillment yards. Streamlined the customer returns process at fulfillment centers. Created one of Amazon’s top-performing marketing email campaigns.
