Managed a team of 7 program managers overseeing multiple (10+) complex programs in a fast paced and rapidly growing program (60%+ growth YoY). Primary responsibilities included development of team members, project prioritization and overall ownership of achieving program goals.
Capacity Planning
• Creating capacity improvement strategies and the 16-week horizon & long range (3 months – 3 years) capacity plans for a network of 50+ fulfillment sites.
• Partnered with Product and Tech teams to automate planning reports resulting in regaining 20% of PM hours back and to improve capacity logic resulting in +11M units of additional capacity and reduced lines of logic by 50%.
• Developed and lead the strategy for the 2023 SSD Volume Goal of 61% YoY growth by EOY.
Quality, Inventory (SOX) & Change Management
• Created and lead the first Quality Strategy team and roadmap of 41 projects for the SSD network resulting a 50% improvement in inventory accuracy & VCPU savings of $.0025.
• SOX Compliance owner for the WW SSD program which includes maintaining inventory accuracy of $600M (23M units), ensuring all compliance audits are completed and representing the program in the Amazon SOX Quarterly sign off.
• Lead the full end to end revamp of the existing Change Management process which supports a team of 40+ Program Managers, 8 support teams and 50+ fulfillment sites.
• Owned creating the recruiting, hiring and on boarding plan for 25+ new program managers.
