Managed a team of 7 program managers overseeing multiple (10+) complex programs in a fast paced and rapidly growing program (60%+ growth YoY). Primary responsibilities included development of team members, project prioritization and overall ownership of achieving program goals.

Capacity Planning

• Creating capacity improvement strategies and the 16-week horizon & long range (3 months – 3 years) capacity plans for a network of 50+ fulfillment sites.

• Partnered with Product and Tech teams to automate planning reports resulting in regaining 20% of PM hours back and to improve capacity logic resulting in +11M units of additional capacity and reduced lines of logic by 50%.

• Developed and lead the strategy for the 2023 SSD Volume Goal of 61% YoY growth by EOY.

Quality, Inventory (SOX) & Change Management

• Created and lead the first Quality Strategy team and roadmap of 41 projects for the SSD network resulting a 50% improvement in inventory accuracy & VCPU savings of $.0025.

• SOX Compliance owner for the WW SSD program which includes maintaining inventory accuracy of $600M (23M units), ensuring all compliance audits are completed and representing the program in the Amazon SOX Quarterly sign off.

• Lead the full end to end revamp of the existing Change Management process which supports a team of 40+ Program Managers, 8 support teams and 50+ fulfillment sites.

• Owned creating the recruiting, hiring and on boarding plan for 25+ new program managers.

Managed the Quality and Transportation programs for Pantry Operations which included the management of 2 Program Managers, maintaining inventory accuracy of $24M (8M units) of inventory and designing the middle mile logistics to support 1.8M packages/wk across the NA Network.

Quality, Inventory (SOX) Management, Middle Mile Logistics

• Created and gained approval from the Amazon SOX Compliance team, Finance Director and VP to implement the first GSF Program specific SOX Compliance Policy at Amazon.

• Lead a team of 18 stakeholders across 14 teams for the deprecation of the Pantry operations and created the plan for the removal of 6M units of inventory, transfer of $20M in assets and strategy for operations ramp down.

• Designed and launched new transportation routes across the 5 FCs which resulted in reducing delivery speeds from 4 to 3 days and costs from 7.20 per package in October 2019 to $6.00 per package in October 2020

Responsible for end to end project management to drive improvements in Quality performance and SOX compliance for the Pantry Operations network.

• Created the first Pantry Manager Learn by Doing on boarding program to which was leveraged to onboard 18 operations leaders with a 100% retention rate in the first year.

• Lead initiative on introducing new inventory prep standards which resulted in 27% reduction in damage DPMO and a $0.005 reduction in damage concession CPU.
