Researched and created a design system of merchant sales flows for 12 verticals along with the product team and the sales team. Conducted user research in usability test, survey, interview and synthesis, which was incorporated into design iterations. Collaborated across cross-functional channels, sales and product management to assure the design solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals. Worked as a design consultant for 9 digital products, which were successfully demoed in top conferences. Designed an iOS and Android application that helped sales team to give an immersive experience to clients from end to end.

Analyzed user feedback and activity data to iterate UI/UX. Defined design style guides, user task flows, and user interface specifications. Worked closely with engineers to assess feasibility and provided elegant but practical design with tight deadlines for the products.

Created design artifacts to communicate user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and specs and presented to stakeholders. Translated high-level business requirements, end-user needs and inputs from cross-functional teams into design solutions.
