• Directed end-to-end redesign of the Corebanking Infrastructure, streamlining payment processing, and standardizing integrations with different loan accounting systems via Web APIs, by collaborating with a team of 4 engineers to develop and refine back-end architecture including workflows, jobs, and database structure
• Championed 1 to 2 Roadmap features per quarter following the product development life cycle
• Led the Risk Monitoring onboarding process for 5 major bank clients through the full cycle including gathering configuration requirements, implementing customized credit policies, and conducting UAT function and Production data testing
• Successfully pitched a new product to an existing client resulting in an increase in revenue of $3.2M by providing targeted demos and refining underlying data through 7 rounds of validation testing to ensure 100% data accuracy
• Piloted multiple data validations and impact analysis, proactively identified gaps in various migration initiatives, and ensured successful migration delivery which increased the yearly revenue from a key account from $300k to $3M

• Oversaw Advyzon’s onboarding process for all new clients and served as one of two contact points for clients during the onboarding phase
• Provided clients with full project scope, timeline and setup instructions for their custodian data feeds, integrations and CRM or PAS system conversions after the initial discovery call.
• Led all CRM conversion projects from 8 platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail, etc.) following a pipeline including preview calls, project scope building and delivery review calls with clients.
• Served as project manager and led weekly NCO meeting with 10 back-end engineers to present plans for the coming week, recap prior week’s projects and discuss learning opportunities/process improvements
• Acted as the primary liaison between backend engineering team and clients during the onboarding process by transforming client requests into discrete tasks for engineers and making technical language user friendly for clients.
• Created and monitored Jira tickets and sub-tickets and assigned them to the corresponding engineers with prerequisites, estimated processing time, and instructions
• Collaborated cross-functionally with sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition throughout Advyzon’s workflow
• Participated in user experience testing and product feedback sessions to convey and capture key feedback for internal product development
