A multi disciplinary job role which involved working with Hardware engineers , Embedded Software engineers , Program Managers , Manufacturing Engineers in developing the next generation automotive embedded system products .Main responsibilities include :
• Development of Alpha- and Beta Prototypes of Multi Converter Power Distribution system to demonstrate the Proof- of -Concepts feasibility
• Development of Mechanical Requirement specifications for the new product development
• Design of Product Concepts in CAD based on the requirement specifications
• Development of Mechanical test cases and perform Finite Element Analysis on the design concepts developed
• Developed the liquid cooling thermal architecture for the power distribution system
• Work closely with Suppliers and Program Managers in reducing the cost and product development time line
• Work closely with the sales team in preparing client presentations and white papers to demonstrate our group's engineering service capabilities
