* Follow the value chain to land free users with Aha! moments, an at-cost Registrar. Expand to paid and Enterprise with habits that feed organic viral growth fed by paid marketing.
* Build the growth platform and ecosystem. Hired a first data engineer for this - in-house feature flagging, A/B testing, personalization, monetization, a data strategy, governance systems.
* Building 3 squads out of the monolith team structure - activation, monetization, growth platform. Actively hiring engineers - DM me if interested.
* Hired PMs, engineering, UX, and analysts.
* Working with cross-functional teams of marketing, strategic partnerships.
* Control customer support costs and scale to improve margins. Added CSAT by 55% through RAG based human-in-the-loop solutions.
