• Worked on Rivian Supply Chain Management Enterprise Software

• Led and optimized the parts sourcing and supplier recommendation process - providing Rivian purchasing managers a solution to source 2000+ parts from 400+ suppliers.

• Conducted user research to identify product requirements with stakeholders and collaborated with product/engineering team to establish product goals, project timeline, launch new features and address usability issues.

• Re-designed the Staff Booking System in Web and Mobile version to increase usability and overall user experience.

• Collaborated with engineers and product team to revamp the user interface and visual identity of the company’s website.

• Designed a community platform for an organization’s members to collaborate for mutual benefits. Features included Dashboard, Social Feed, E-learning, Business Directory, Blogs, Forum, Classified.

• Created Information Architecture, delivered 50+ wireframes, low and high fidelity prototypes, and design system guidebook.

• Designed and performed desktop / mobile UIUX / CI for companies.

• Conducted primary and secondary research to identify product requirements with stakeholders.
