Provided leadership, strategy, and management for Big Fish Games’ UX Design and Creative Excellence organizations.
• Instigated and orchestrated the transition of Big Fish’s previously siloed and reactive UX design resources into a collaborative and cross-functional bar-raiser organization. Resulting in improved cross-pollination, continuous peer-to-peer mentoring, global best practice establishment/implementation, and enthusiastic stakeholder/expert engagement.
• Translated player, business, data, and marketing insights into designs and resources that reduced friction, increased retention, boosted engagement, spawned innovation, institutionalized empathy, identified opportunities, and engendered delight.
