• Spearheaded and owned service and interaction design of fulfillment and pickup experience from concept to launch; delivering 3 mobile applications in 8 months.

• Led discovery, defined product vision, and navigated ambiguity across 4 business domains (outbound logistics, merchant tools, returns, internal chat) for the flagship store.

• Collaborated with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business; utilizing storytelling and high-fidelity prototypes to present solutions, gather feedback, and achieve alignment.

• Created customer notifications across SMS/text, email, and 55” digital display screens.

At Workwell, I lead the end-to-end design and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, customer support, and QA and have delivered 120+ projects spanning hardware, web, and mobile within the B2B SaaS space.

• Spearheaded design of touchscreen time clock device with voice user interface (VUI), temperature reader, and facial recognition features.

• Improved the time clock menu information architecture by conducting competitive analysis, interviews, card sorting, and user testing.

• Redesigned time and attendance mobile app that allows punching in and out of work on the go.

• Reduced customer support calls by designing a Point of Sale Setup Wizard

MHCID Capstone Project

• Collaborated with CPO, COO, and core product team to strategize solutions to increase user adoption for SAP Eureka’s Intelligent Claims Management System.

• Researched gamification of enterprise software and synthesized 15 game methods into a playbook to be co-authored and published by SAP Eureka.

• Delivered proof-of-concept prototype of 2 gamification features (points and badge system); slotted into 2021 roadmap by CPO.

• Conducted 3 user testing iterations to refine final product features.

• Designed a culinary school’s website to improve online presence and boost credibility.

• Conducted ethnography study and interviews with 17 staff, alumni, and students.

• Produced task-flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes as design deliverables.
