As a Software Engineer at MetTel, I developed a C#/.NET SSH Device Toolkit as a reusable library designed for future integration into the company’s AI chatbot, enabling automated device monitoring and troubleshooting. Using Visual Studio Code, OutSystems, and Postman, I implemented features to retrieve device IP, MAC, and status from the DMP API, generate secure SSH credentials, and execute remote commands to restart services, reboot devices, and verify connectivity. I also created an interactive console interface for technicians to run key device operations and pull advanced diagnostics, reducing manual effort and laying the groundwork for AI-driven network management capabilities.
