Responsible for the support and enhancement of the firm's two public websites and intranet application. Also responsible for supporting the software of two trading desks, the firm’s analytics, accounting, marketing, compliance, portfolio management and human resources departments. Serve a mentor to the firm’s junior developers. Actively managed over 50 data processes integrating the firms multiple systems.
Managed the development team’s efforts during the firm’s migration from Macgregor XIP Order Management System to Charles River (CRD). Developed the ETL and automation processes necessary to integrate CRD with the firm’s existing ledger system (SS&C). Technologies include SQL Server 2012, SSIS, ASP.Net, C# and VisualCron. Responsible for actively supporting the system as well as Crystal Report development and other ad hoc reporting.
Led design and development of the firm’s Research Database web application. The database serves as a repository for the firm’s portfolio management and research teams. This C# web application utilizes an ASP.Net front end and is backed by SQL Server database. Email2Db is used to capture emails sent by research teams and save them to the database.

Designed, developed, and actively supported Ingalls & Snyder Trading (IST), the firm’s proprietary order management system. IST is a C# Windows Forms\SQL Server application that touches all aspects of Ingalls broker dealer business including order management, routing, execution, and performance reporting, as well as performing multiple back office functions. IST is the primary tool for Ingalls portfolio managers with regard to account management.
IST is fully integrated with the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), Bloomberg SSEOMS, Bloomberg API, and PINK, Ingalls proprietary fixed income trading system. It is used by the Ingalls trading desks in their order execution duties

Responsibilities include all facets of the development lifecycle as well as project management oversight of all development initiatives, including applications developed externally.
Partnered with Stewart’s legal counsel to design, develop, and actively support the New York title insurance industry’s premier web based premium rate calculator. This application is used to calculate complex title insurance premiums and taxation for real estate transactions in New York State. The application was responsible for securing over $500,000 in new business contracts in the second half of 2006. Application utilizes an ASP.NET web user interface and extends .NET Web Services for use by other integrated applications.
Partnered with Stewart’s Agency Accounting department to create a C# Windows Service, Rate Validation application. This application integrates with Stewart’s legacy ledger system by employing a file watcher to detect CSV files dropped from the legacy system. Application extends the Rate Calculator class library to calculate Stewart’s external agency premium remittances for accuracy. Provides extensive reporting on agency performance and ensures compliance with the NY Department of Insurance regulated title rates.
Partnered with Stewart’s sales force to design and develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the direct sales offices. This Windows Forms application, developed in C#, serves as a repository for client contact information. The application integrates with AIM, Stewart’s order entry system and uses Crystal Reports to provide extensive financial reporting for Stewart’s sales force and management.
