Helped Luddex rebuild an AI finance platform for trading cards

Multiple engagements with Station Casinos for architecture work on their casino systems

• Responsible for roughly 80-90 people across 4 engineering teams and 3 disciplines (Front end/Mobile, Backend, DevSecOps)

• Intake and prioritization of work. Help the team gain clarity on technical requirements.

• Liaison with Support and Feature Teams to resolve inter-team dependencies ( 4 different feature teams, 1 support team and of course his/her RUN Team)

• Partner with the Release Manager to decide on the appropriate release plan. Augment the Release Manager working with the different PMs for PODs for all the planned & adhoc releases

• Plan the appropriate work size for the DevSecOps teammates within RUN team to improve the CI/CD, monitoring , alerting, security, scalability improvement.

• Evaluate the technical dependencies between the different tech stacks to orchestrate and plan the changes.

• Responsible for upkeep of the architecture and technical documentation

• Review code, design and evaluate risk of specific implementation approaches

• Built the integration platform that enabled 6 million dollars of revenue for the company, which translated to 50 million on our Series B valuation

• The same integration platform set a stability record for only having 1 incident across a 13 month span and that incident did not impact customers

• Lead Integration Onboarding and Integration Support teams

• Leading an evolution from a legacy monolith PHP architecture to a more scalable and secure NodeJS Serverless architecture through a combination of architecture work and mentorship

• Consult as a sales engineer on calls with billion dollar clients

• Lead incident response team for live bugs in production

• Create educational videos and tutorials around new tech and processes for the team
