Led end-to-end designs from concept development and strategy to
implementation for multiple foundational features on the Instacart
Shopper and Consumer app including:
• Piloted mobile pay experience and instant payout feature for
shoppers, driving over $8M ARR and unlocked exponential
revenue and user growth for Instacart during the pandemic.
• Overhauled the screen that shoppers see when they get an order
to deliver groceries to customers, resulting in a lower time to
accept the batch and helping to unlock several key
company initiatives.
• Redesigned the entire Shopper onboarding funnel, increasing
overall activation on Android and iOS by 40%.
