GMR Marketing is a leading Experiential Marketing Agency in the sports, media, and entertainment industries; specializing in helping Fortune 100 Companies connect with their audiences by ideating, creating, and executing hospitality sponsorship programs and experiences. As a Product Support Specialist, my role was to become an expert on our in-house SaaS platform and utilize it to help our clients execute their multi-million dollar sponsorship programs. Our platform was a hospitality event execution platform and the key tool in organizing all of our clients' program data to ensure the timely and smooth execution of their sponsorship programs.
Selected accomplishments include:
• Co-ordinated with teams in 4 global locations to coordinate program operations and logistics
• Learned basic HTML, website creation, and QA Testing within 1 month on the job as an additional resource to internal product offering
• Selected to lead the Professional Development Committee as an internal initiative to identify areas of career growth to current employees and increase company culture opportunities
• Supported 9 clients on their sponsorship programs in one year

The Vault is a coworking and event space dedicated to connecting the international community by helping foreign startups grow their presence in the United States. As an event manager, my main duty was to manage clients ranging from entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, and government officials increase their network and community presence by organizing and executing events.
Selected accomplishments include:
• Supervised a team of 2 to strategize, manage, and execute 300 events for 30+ clients per year in 3 different in-house property spaces
• Consulted B2B marketing and sales strategy for clients and vendors including government official groups from ex. China, Korea, Brazil
• Converted 50% of clients into ongoing partnerships, generating over $100K in monthly sales revenue and reaching a company record
• Built a network of over 30 global start-up companies and entrepreneurs from over 10 countries to connect to resources and build a presence in the United States
• Coached team member to be promoted to general manager in 8 months
