Helped customers understand how DataFrameworks product ClarityNow can help address their storage challenges. Generated and delivered presentations and demos. Wrote ClarityNow plugins in python to enhance a number of workflows. Implemented JIRA to better track customer service, sales engineering goals, and professional services deliverables. Deployed Gitlab on AWS with CI/CD pipelines to enhance software quality. Wrote documentation as code in Restructured Text and delivered that documentation as both a PDF and website using CI/CD. Assisted in the technical due diligence as part of being acquired by DellEMC.

Developed and deployed automation workflow based on Saltstack. Using a testable approach, rebuilt a number of core services, by empowering the people around me with a framework for continued success.
