Primary Responsibilities:

• acquire in-kind sponsorships and plan out logistics for cmd-f hackathon (all-women* hackathon with around 500 attendees)

• host workshops for people interested in tech to learn new skills or technologies by generating pre-workshop materials and workshop content - Simplest Hack Ever (how to create a basic React web app), Technical Interview: Beginner's Edition (how to prepare for technical interviews), ABCs to Scoring Interviews (how to prepare for job search), and Figma -> React (how to turn a Figma prototype into React components)

Primary Achievements:

• kickstarted high-school girls* mentorship program, connect-f, by pairing up high-school students with college mentors and hosting orientation events to promote a safe space for girls* to develop their passion for tech

Primary Responsibilities:

• Worked with Web Components, React, and Redux to create the first-ever mobile experience for MSN (Watch page), enabling mobile usage and increasing daily active users by 20%

• Mobile Watch is an infinite scroll page where users can interact with and watch videos on the feed through video cards created using FAST components, CSS, and Typescript

• Instrumented the web version of the Watch page and used telemetry data to design a user-friendly mobile Watch experience, growing content interaction for videos

Primary Achievements:

• routed mobile traffic and data to msn/en-us/watch page within a flight (experiment)

• setup and implemented first-ever mobile experience within MSN; created foundation for other pages to create mobile experiences

Primary Responsibilities:

• used React functional components and custom hooks to make components reuseable, generic, and accessible

• wrote stored procedures in SQL and web services in C# to create rest APIs for connecting frontend to database

• designed and prototyped project from scratch using Figma (working off of requirements, analysis, and feedback from product users) and created design specification document

• used Agile devlopement life cycle and acted as scrum master to drive sprints and create, assign, or track workitems

Primary Achievements:

• reduced time spent modifying database values by creating web app GUI with intuitive user flow

• increased accessibility to database by displaying data in editable tables and allowing modifications with buttons, text fields, and toggles

• data modifications are propogated in production within 5 mins

Teach students skillsets required to take RCM examinations by developing drills and practice techniques and providing instruction on tangible goals students could achieve for each lesson to ensure continual improvement.
