• Provide technical support to clients at the Technology Help Desk and Computer Vet in Odegaard Library in person, by phone, and via email
• Assist clients with software problems on their computers, including OS installation and troubleshooting and virus removal
• Instruct clients on the use of software and hardware in the Learning Commons and other supported spaces, including video studio and sound studio
• Research and document solutions to technical issues
• Provide basic troubleshooting for printing and scanning services
