• Led 0-1 design for Uber Eats' first large-catalog search experience, driving the grocery vertical’s mission.

• Continuously optimized search UX through iterative A/B testing to the entire search funnel

• Designed and launched Uber’s first consumer-facing GenAI feature - Eats AI Assistant

• Product designer at Oracle Supply Chain Management/ Procurement Team.

• Redesigned Oracle Self-Service Procurement product across devices (mobile to desktop) - released in 2022 to 100+ enterprise companies

Collaborating with professors, researchers from University of Washington to translate decades of Nursing, therapy and family caregiving research into the platform providing health services and support for family caregivers via empathetic chatbot CocoBot.
