• Lead multiple end-to-end experiences and projects across web and mobile, solving complex healthcare challenges.

• Conduct user research and usability testing, delivering custom client solutions that meet business and user needs.

• Manage and maintain the design system, collaborating with engineers to keep web and mobile interfaces consistent.

• Work closely with PMs, engineers, marketing, solutions and sales teams, contributing to strategic product decisions.

• Own design problems from end to end. Ship, measure, and improve responsive website designs based on quantitative & qualitative feedback.

• Work with different teams to define goals and requirements for better UX.

• Create and maintain design system.

• Execute user testing &A/B testing for certain features and pages.
