• Built a pipeline orchestration system using AWS and Kubernetes which improved reliability and speed of customer data delivery.

• Designed, developed, trained and tuned neural networks to solve NLP problems in pharmacovigilance, including NER and classification tasks.

• Developed a microservice that determines if an adverse event is serious, including a RESTful API and neural network backend.

• Developed an automatic tuning module to help determine the best network structure and hyperparameters for a given problem.

• Worked in HIPAA and GDPR compliant environments adhering to regulation to protect the privacy of patients as well as fulfill FDA requirements.

• Maintained close direct contact with business partners to ensure solutions fulfilled functional requirements and complied with regulatory constraints.
