• Continuously focus on outcomes instead of outputs, helping clients to adopt this method as well

• Even in cases of limited budget, firmly advocate performing deep user and domain research dive in order to set solutions up for data-informed success (speaking to users, stakeholders, SMEs, and referencing the available literature). All projects I'm involved in have so far adopted this strategy

The Tennis Opportunity Program (TOP) helps economically disadvantaged children achieve excellence, making the dream of attending college on scholarship a reality.
