• Collaborated with panels department in producing over 30 panels  for a variety of film premieres at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival.

• Assisted with day-to-day tasks for Group President and VP,  Business Operations including calendar management, answering phones, arranging transportation, managing events, and coordinating travel.

• Increased office efficiency and effectiveness of Group President’s office through implementing processes for events, travel, as well as team communication and collaboration.

• Worked with venue teams onsite during festival to ensure smooth load-in/load-out of screenings and assist with customer support to ensure a positive festival experience.

• Managed screening schedule for festival across 5 venues.
