From May 2024, I worked on the Facebook Monetization pillar with both the Video and Surface Monetization as well as the Signal and Business Growth teams. I focus on enabling and scaling cross-org collaborations with: other Facebook teams, Central Monetization advertiser tooling teams, as well as Instagram and WhatsApp Business teams.
From 2022-2024, I worked on Foundation Design teams for Facebook Social Experience pillar (Feed, Groups, Stories, Messaging, Creation) and Discovery pillar (Video, Notifications, Search). I worked within each pillar by defining portfolio management/task tracking processes, as well as cross-design team engagement models, to enable a design team of 100+ designers, managers, and DPMs to collaborate and execute on roadmaps. I collaborated with our central Product Foundation team by helping to publish a design audit playbook to help teams identify/tackle design debt and streamline pattern creation efforts. I also helped define a priority partnership model with the design system team to expedite GenAI projects across Facebook App.

I drove multiple XFN review programs and supported our product designers and teams on Communities (Facebook Groups, Events, Profile, Search, Notifications, User Signals). XFN programs facilitate cross-team collaboration processes and promote cross-app quality experiences. I worked directly with content designers, product designers, and product managers to review new project proposals from teams across Facebook App against our product and design principles, while also working with data scientists and engineers to ensure each project's outcomes met our performance and quality standards.
I kickstarted a Communities Design System program, creating two ways teams could contribute to centrally publish and manage core product documentation and design components. I worked directly with: product teams for product documentation, Facebook Design System to publish documentation, and production design to facilitate design component building.
In addition to these programs, I helped to support our product teams by facilitating design rhythms of business, UX Crits, Design Sprints, and new tool setup and optimization.

At AKQA Leap, a WPP product development studio, I worked on projects with our clients and internal design and development teams to deliver purposeful products. I worked directly with engineers and designers to define ways of working, driving continuous improvement by using adaptive agile methods.
Notably, I had managed a program of several projects under one client, working to uncover and define each project’s problem space, user goals, and business objectives, in order to build a shared backlog and roadmap.
Clients and partners include Google, Lyft, and Amazon Alexa.

As an intern for TripIt, I incorporated new iOS 11 features into TripIt. After extensive research, both checking TripIt analytics data and doing competitive research, I came up with a strategy with my mentor to update TripIt’s iMessage application to serve dynamic content to users.
Within 10 weeks, I was able to define an MVP scope, iterate through user research and usability tests, and launch in-line with iOS 11 launch. I had the opportunity to not only work with my product development team, but also Business Development, Marketing, and Branding for a full end-to-end feature launch experience.
