Led a team of project managers, designers, strategists, and developers to build brand and digital experiences for North America's largest non-profit organizations, including Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, KIPP, United Nations Women, David Suzuki Foundation, and Tides.
Responsibilities included:
• Planning and executing digital and branding projects to ensure that they are completed within defined time and budget. Delivered close to $1.5 million worth of products and services at Briteweb to date.
• Collaborated closely with the Director of Client Services to convert sales pipeline through prospect pitching, proposal writing, project scoping and creating estimations.
• Resourced for 30-50 team members each month to optimize for best client-to-talent fit while maximizing company utilization rates.
• Led PMO team with direct reports to supervise on project progress, process improvement, and organization synergy.
• Ensured all stakeholders had a strong understanding of project tasks, activities, costs, and risks by building and maintaining effective paths of communication and trusting relationships.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies in order to optimize client satisfaction and enhance quality of final deliverable.
