Contributing to the development of a robust bio-specimen database (CRDB) that integrates de-identified specimens with relevant clinical data, facilitating efficient sample retrieval and enhancing data federation, which plays a critical role in accelerating research and analysis in cancer therapy.
Additionally, contributions include advising on and assisting in the development of a web application for a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) portal to meet FDA standards, as well as creating ETL processes for integrating clinical and preclinical databases, specifically focused on melanoma research.
