Leading design for our Consumer Marketplace

Leading the Product Design organization across multiple initiatives on both the Creator and Consumer side of our business. Also building out our operational foundations and design culture for our globally distributed team.

Leading a team to design the next generation of telemedicine. Responsible for product design across iOS, Android, and Web. In addition to product design, I’m responsible for brand design across marketing channels as well as partnering with the exec team to define and execute against business strategies, and product vision.

As the lead designer on the Search Awareness and Education team, I was responsible for growing Facebook Search with new users. Through a cross-functional approach with data, engineering, product and product marketing I was able to build and test a framework that can be deployed to grow the top of the funnel and create retained users. Other projects include parts of the search results page, trending, post search, and news/articles.
